Halloween 7-Layer Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Refried Beans
  • 1 packet of Taco seasoning
  • 1 container Guacamole
  • 1 pint Sour Cream
  • 1 can diced green chilis
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced and chopped
  • 1 bag of Shredded Cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

Directions

  1. Mix together refried beans and taco seasoning. Spread beans on the bottom of your dish, cover with chili's and then add the guacamole on top of that. Make sure the layers are as smooth as possible.

  2. Around the edges of your guacamole, place a small bed of lettuce, top that with tomatoes, shredded cheese, and even black olives if you wish to add those.

  3. For the web you will want to put your sour cream into a either cake decorating bag, or you can use a zip lock bag with the corner cut out. Create your web shape on the top of the guacamole and use a knife to spread out the webbing for added effect.

  4. Finish it off with a spider in the center of the web (one of those spider rings from a party store works prefect). Serve with tortilla chips.
